Due to the handmade nature of Cuco + Clara products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Broken Items
Our products are hand-made and carefully inspected before sending them to you but things sometimes happen. We want you to love your selections as much as we love making them for you. If your items are defective or damaged, please email us at hello@cucoandclara.com within seven (7) days from delivery so we may address your concern. Please include a photo and your contact information and we'll get right on it!

All orders are carefully prepped and shipped via USPS or UPS. We offer free shipping (continental US - 48 states) on all orders above $100. Once shipped, please contact the carrier for any lost parcels or damaged items in shipping.
